Guests are required to present a valid legal identification document containing their personal identification number, in accordance with applicable laws, upon check-in.
Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons, radioactive materials, toxic substances, flammable or explosive materials, pets, strong-smelling fruits, or any other prohibited items as stipulated by law or local authorities into the hotel.
All forms of gambling and drug use are strictly prohibited within the Hotel premises. Any violation shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest and subject to Vietnamese law and Hotel regulations.
Cooking and smoking are not permitted in guest rooms or public areas, except in designated smoking areas.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to applicable surcharges in accordance with Hotel regulations.
Upon check-in, Guests are requested to inspect the quantity and condition of the items listed in the “In-Room Inventory List.” Any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately to the Front Desk. Guests shall be fully responsible for any loss or damage occurring during their stay.
